End User License Agreement

Welcome to Remote for Smart TV OS 2 (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by William Termini ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your access to and use of the App, so please read it carefully.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to this EULA, you should not access or use the App.

Data Collection and Privacy We prioritize your privacy. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. The App operates entirely on your local device and communicates only with your Smart TV on your local network.

Liability and Disclaimers We are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm caused to your device while using the App. You acknowledge and agree that you use the App at your own risk, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Changes to the EULA We reserve the right to update or modify this EULA at any time, at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App following any changes to the EULA constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or state where the Developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of this EULA will remain in effect. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding our App and supersedes and replaces any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the App.
